Where can I find MISUMI’s supplier self-declaration?

You can find the MISUMI supplier self-declaration in the MyMISUMI customer portal. There you can download it directly as PDF file. All MISUMI-relevant information can be taken from the PDF file.

Internal documents provided by you for the inclusion of MISUMI in your supplier file cannot be filled out by MISUMI.
