What permissions does the account administrator have?

Only two things differentiate the company's internal account administrator from the regular users of a corporate account at MISUMI:

  1. The administrator is responsible for approving new users who would like to be linked to the corporate account via online registration using the “User Management” console in the MyMISUMI customer portal. You can find an instruction About the how-to in our FAQ.
  2. The administrator can view the list of users linked to the corporate account and their authorisations for the MISUMI online shop via the “User Management” console in the MyMISUMI customer portal. The administrator cannot view the personal data of individual users. Please note that the administrator is not authorised to modify or delete the data of individual users. If you want to delete users from the list (e.g. because they have left the company, etc.), please send an email to account@misumi-europe.com and provide us a list with the names of the users to be deleted. We will take care of the modification for you.
