2. Publicity of Reviews

2.1 Eligibility

Every customer may submit reviews about the products purchased from Misumi Europa GmbH. The review must reflect your honest opinion and experience with the product. After submitting your review, we will check it according to evaluation criteria listed below. If the review is approved, then it will be published on the corresponding product page.

2.2 Evaluation Criteria

We publish all positive and negative reviews equally on our website, only after the respective reviews pass our evaluation criteria. Each review is checked before its publication to eliminate any prohibited content. Examples for such content are

Reviews that contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.
Reviews that are unrelated to the product
Reviews that contain obscene or otherwise inappropriate statements

Review is obviously wrong/untrue or misleading

Review obviously is not from a real person

Reviews that contain any personal data or information, other than the submitter’s first name and the first letter of your surname.

In case of submission of reviews with prohibited content, we reserve our right to terminate or suspend your access to our product review system with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the content of reviews posted by users.

2.4 Language

You can submit your reviews in any of the languages that the system supports. Your reviews may automatically be translated into the other supported languages as well to enable users access all reviews in the language that they prefer on our website. In case your review is translated into another language by changing the language of the website, it will be indicated under your comment.

While the collected data is hosted and stored within the U.S., Yopto is currently registered under EU-US Data Privacy Framework and complies with all the related requirements.

You may request the deletion of your review and personal data at any time by contacting us.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such review in any media. You agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the entire period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content and material.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that, as at the date that the content or material is posted: (i) the content and material is accurate; and (ii) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable laws and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory and does not impair the personal integrity of children/adolescents). You agree to indemnify us for all claims brought by a third party against us arising out of or in connection with the content and material you supply except to the extent that any liability arises from our failure to properly remove the content when it is notified of the illegal nature of the content arising out of or on the grounds of, or originating from the content that you have communicated to us.

Any legal action relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed at the responsible Court at the place of business of MISUMI Europa GmbH.
