This workpiece carrier (WPC) for injectors is mounted on a rotary indexing table. Several WPCs are used for one machine. A simple design allows for this WPC to be produced using MISUMI components within the shortest time. Quick loading of the WPC is guaranteed by a smart geometric design. Support pins, locating pins and locating collars are used for an easy manual insertion and positioning of the product. A matrix code is applied to the injector in a laser marking cell, which can be read during further processes.
